With more than 800 sqm Villa Le Case Nuove del Conti Millo is placed in the midst of the countryside and has a 20 x 10 m pool. The ocean is just 1 km away and can be seen from the residence. The mansion is furnished with antiques, yet provides modern convenience like gas central heating as well as a washing machine for dishes and one for laundry.

What you can expect in our mansion
The ground-floor contains a dining room with a table for 14 guests, a parlor with a fireplace, a studio and a spacious kitchen. On the top floor there are 7 bedrooms (5 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms). The rooms of the old building are 5 meters high and offer enough space for additional children’s beds. Furthermore, there are 2 classically tiled bathrooms and 3 smaller bathrooms.

Booking Rules:
– Check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m.
– Check-out is possible until 9:30 a.m.
– Between January and June, as well as, mid-September to the end of December, heating costs will be added in addition to the accommodation costs. The heating costs are always calculated at the current gas prices.
